I've spent most of my life in the Construction and Skilled Trades fields. 

There social standards and social skills do not warrant "nice".This has been tried and failed many times with investors walking away wondering how tenants can be so irresponsible and so destructive.

There is a shortage of skilled tradespeople and while I hear many focusing on recruiting people to these jobs, I’ve focused on changing what these jobs are!

As much as I like learning new technical skills, I can't rely on myself for this especially since I'm not in the area.

In order to be at that price point on the ARV, it's going to take a skilled builder who knows what they are really doing to achieve those prices.
