Just wanted to steer this ship back in the right direction before things went south.

All of these questions can weigh in regarding how you are legally (as well as morally) capable of being compensated. 

Admittedly, I haven't done much research on the real data of such events but I have seen the destruction these things are capable of and the potential damage to the property in a still rare but possible nightmare scenario for a landlord.

Also I don’t under stand how they can charge for a member ship but they take half or more of a profit from a deal.

The 'airforce reserve' gal had all the chores down on a chart & ran a strict ship so to speak.

If you're out to make a living out of this and have a burn the ships mentality, you'll make it through and can absolutely be successful.
