The workaround is having a partner on the LLC that does have a good FICO score, however, many lenders are requiring a seasoning requirement if you are amending the operating agreement.

I'm prepared to walk away if it just doesn't make sense anymore but feel as though I could use the advice of more seasoned investors on this. 

If you season the money in the LLC bank account no one will ask any questions.
