Now they’ve said they are holding for an Indefinite amount of time and since then they’ve stopped responding to me and email once or twice a year with corporate speak that says nothing useful.

I paid for the smallest membership as a trial run and with that, you can only send out 3 emails a day through the website.

Also if you have leaks in one unit and not the other then the other tenants are paying for that.There are services that put a private meter on each unit so the tenants are billed on what each consumes  versus averaging out.
