. :)  not taking pot shots at landlords but you know what I mean.. that's the easiest transaction out there... not the easiest to do well though once your in them.. actually one of the harder ones... but RE has many facets keep an open mind .

If the deal makes sense, I'd skip buying from the heir(s)... too many fingers/spoons and even some potentially unknown spoons in the pot.

The tenants were allowed to have a coffee pot, small refrigerator in microwave oven in their room, but no stove or hot plate for cooking.
