We'll probably need oil for other things beyond 50-60 years like making plastics, fertilizers, electronics, transportation (not just cars but ships, planes etc. that can't be converted to electric as easily), tires, monster trucks, etc. if we run out before we have developed alternatives for everything we use oil and gas for, we'll have big problems.

@Keith Nugent  Yes, I've felt fortunate to live in Hood River ever since arrival, though every winter I step off the plane into Florida soil, pale and weak, I do question why to not live there.

I used to get paid to run around shooting guns and jumping out of planes which is pretty awesome, but the cons like you mentioned were enough for me to get out.

So spend the money on a plane ticket, have them show you different parts of town that you have discussed previously and then make a decision.

So when you find one ask them for referrals.As for finding contractors out of state...I'm on a plane right now flying from Phoenix to Green Bay to check on 3 of my houses.

I wonder if Morris Invest ever considered that their investors would actually get on a plane and fly to Indiana in order to view their properties.

The guy actually have to fly out using the plane to get things done as his phone call kept getting cut off.

Others are stepping up, but we need to get that plane up in the air again.
