However, despite all the documents I have for my property, along with assessor/auditor internet resources, I am having a difficult time finding a map which accurately depicts my property line.

You should check the laws in your town as some areas you can only increase by a certain %. you can do some research and find this on the internet.

On the Results page of the report, select "Other Actions" > "Copy to "User" , enter and select the name of the BiggerPockets colleague you want to send it to and then select "Send Copy."
