My interest in real estate stems from reading Craig Curelop's The House Hacking Strategy: How to Use Your Home to Achieve Financial Freedom; ever since reading this book, I have been learning in preparation to purchase my wife and I's first investment property a 2-4 unit small multiplex (in Massachusetts driving distance from my wife's work in Medfield) which will allow us to implement Craig's house hacking strategy, and begin to scale our real estate business toward financial freedom.

Looking forward to interacting with everyone.Quick question regarding Real Estate statistics and tools you use for different strategies you use for your investments or personal buying/selling.The reason I ask, is because it seems the Real Estate website are beginning to implement statistics to support the listings (Zillow, Redfin, etc).

I just got back from speaking at Kickercon in Houston and the word from those very close to what is going on with Title III implementation is that they're expecting it to happen around February or March of 2015.
