I do agree with @Jonathan Klemm to a degree about expanding elsewhere when the current market may be treating you right.

I am currently an undergraduate student and plan to move to Nashville for my internship at PWC next summer and then pursue my graduate degree afterwards.

So run the numbers and follow what the math tells you.Yes, getting in now is definitely more expensive, but I don’t see prices coming back down significantly in the near future, and no one really knows what will happen… so to some degree it is a crap shoot on timing.  

On a traditional loans your credits cannot go towards your down payment to a degree usually just count on putting the minimum down on a loan as a down payment and negotiating other costs as a credit.

What are your degrees in?

I keep 2 wall AC units on at 62 degree, and my electricity bill is running around $7-10 per day - this sounds way too much.

With your first investments, you usually aren't going to be getting the best deal but you are just trying to get in the game to a certain degree. 

Starting pay is actually better than many college degree jobs.

This gives you a degree of asset protection (depending on the state) which is the main point of an LLC.

Nazareth is certainly not a destination town so I'm curious if any of fellow BP members from the area have employed a str strategy and to what degree of success.
