Has anyone worked through this program and found success?

My local power company has a program where they can lower power consumption to a property(ies) to prevent the grid going down during high power usage surges. 

There are some horrendous mentor programs out there (fake gurus), but the content is probably fine to below average.

It's been more than a week since I enrolled in this program and I'm still not seeing the Preferred Pricing on my HD ProX account.

Alternatively, there are programs that will allow borrowers to qualify high LTV with either a US Credit score or ITIN.
