Since I am outside of the country, and the repair fee on this 10 year old fridge is close to getting a new one, I decided to order a new one from the big box store.Well well well, when you are out of the country these online merchants think I am a hacker trying to break in, I had trouble getting gmail to work, and just running into walls trying to place an online appliance order. 

Hey guys, I bought a turnkey property with new appliances and my tenant tells me that the fridge is not working.

The homes we just bought the tenants own the range, dishwashers, washers, dryers and fridges.  

Two fridges both new same price, same everything except one came in with a defective compressor and the store replaced it.

@Raky Patel I would replace the fridge with what you have proposed and forego the washer/dryer.

The seller brought in all new stove, fridge, above the range microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer to prepare to sell the condo through her realtor.

So I found great deals for GE today and this post was perfect to decide whether I needed warranties on the big items, such as washer and dryer, cooktop, and fridge.
