I am starting to get the ball rolling and I seem to have a few pieces of the puzzle I am missing.

Based on the fact that a buyer can't get a loan for more than the value of the home, this is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle to a typical home buyer.

I really get puzzled by this.  

To me retirement accounts are just another piece to the puzzle.  

It feels a bit like finding puzzle pieces that fit together and then not being able to fit together any of the "chunks" of puzzle I have figured out thus far.

And I'm a bit puzzled, you look for existing homes but you are in new construction, that just doesn't mix.

I'm not saying it's wrong, I just feel like there is a lot of potential investment that would be stopped by this one piece of the puzzle.
