How's your market doing nowadays?

Manhattan's a bit of a city under glass nowadays, super-rich echo chamber with few real neighborhoods left.  

We've definitely made more in appreciation than cash flow over the years, so I get it, but it just seems like even getting a property to pay for itself in California with 20% down nowadays is very difficult.

You'll find that some areas that have higher densities of quad/triplexes than others due to housing needs in the past when the buildings were erected.

That doesn't solve the problem with our education system, which is the astronomical cost of education nowadays.

Granite is also super cheap nowadays and very durable.

So my question is, is this legit or people are just this evil nowadays?

Excessive water cause MOLD and that is a big no-no nowadays.

@Faris Sheikh11% is a pretty good figure, might be tough to find in the Boston area nowadays.
