If you pay cash for a property in Mexico, you could get your money back with cash flow in just a few years, say 10 or less and then you can get enjoy a (higher) cash flow 20 years earlier.To be clear though, getting any financing would make your profitability even higher.

I really enjoy the property manager, they’re getting 4.9 reviews for it and their team is great to work with.

It does say I have a right to a reasonable determination of violation of length of stay and guest may be barred from premises by notice from landlord if violating laws, HOA rules or lease terms (like smoking). 

Enjoy them when they do but get back to work on those base hits.

I definitely agree if you have SFR and enjoy doing the work yourself, no sense in hiring an accountant.

In general I would lean towards amenities that more people can enjoy simultaneously. 

That's where I've been gravitating and it's approachable, achievable, and allows the average, Mom & Pop investor to enjoy the fruits of their labor with minimal headache. 

If you get to an aspect of it that you actually enjoy it helps.  

I have heard you guys talk repeatedly about how you want to find people who have mastered the things you don't enjoy because they enjoy doing things that you don't.
