My question is the following:- Is the Holding LLC the only/last entity where I will engage an accountant to file tax returns before distributing the income/profits overseas to my tax residence.

Most of the brokers/lenders I engage with can recite the 60-day requirement, but seem never to bother reading the very next sentence.

Increase not only the social media posts but also engage with your followers (sending a thank you message for a new follower goes a long way!)

Upon closing, engage a licensed loan servicer to collect borrower payments, make payments to your lender, deposit the difference each month to your account, issue tax reporting, and ensure general legal compliance.
