I’m not particularly delighted that that interest rates are increasing, but what ev’ errrr. 

They were relieved the increase was not as drastic as they anticipated and delighted they would not be compelled to move.In cases were we do not wich to retain a tenant, we would increase the rent to market (or as much as is allowed) in one single jump.In some jurisdictions you can request to take possession of a vacant building, which results in the existing tenants being served notice when the deal goes firm.

Yet those months are delightful in many southern locales.If you live in the North, I’d strongly recommend you become comfortable with out of state investing.

Very unfortunate that they caved in the name of a "housing crisis" that.Rent controls will NOT alleviate the housing shortage, they may actually make it worse. 

Here at work still and it just feels like everything is caving in.
