I have complete location mobility and can move to any city in U.S.

im new to investing so excuse how foolish im coming across  im 23 and just purchased this house with the building out back. it already had a well and septic. its roughly 317 sf. inside the building. it was built onto a singlewide mobile home that was removed off the land before i bought it. i was told by zoning and planing the most sf i can have is 615. 

Does anyone have any suggestions about what I can do (wholesaling, land investing, mobile homes, flipping, and etc.)?

Note that I am aware of the Mobile Home Park University course and plan on attending, but I don’t think I’ll get there in time for this property.

For example, in my current business of mobile detailing, I service a three county area with countless towns throughout.

Should I focus on wholesale and maybe mobile homes, until I pay off my taxes?

If I buy 10 mobile homes in Mobile Home Parks and buy & rehab for a total of $5k and the turn around and sell them for $20k and finance for 60 months in a 2018, what is the profit I pay taxes on in 2018?

If I buy 10 mobile homes (no land) in Mobile Home rented Parks & rehab for a total of $5k.

I bought a mobile home in a park I live in already.
