Right now there are people all over America, living on the streets because the market crashed, entire industries collapsed, jobs were lost, people fell behind on payments, had properties foreclosed on, cars repoe'd, etc. and their credit scores plummeted.

I am a huge believer in scripts, collapse your learning curve - model after success.I agreed with all prior posts: be yourself, be honest and let them talk - but if you don't know what to ask them then you risk spinning your wheels, getting frustrated and quitting.

AC guys recommended putting in a "chase" in the living room soffit so it wont ever collapse or give us any trouble, thats why the bottom of it the soffit is open right now.
