I cant find a REIA meet up in the area and need to find a way brain storm with like minded people.

Flipping properties also interest me and I will stick to those approaches for now.My concerns: Finding quality contractors for a rehab, managing rentals, no money to invest.I learn best while brainstorming.

It's also pretty neat that you can network and get ideas from investors here in our area about and find out what's working or just brainstorm about an idea (like the vacation rentals).
