I know there are deals out there but I'm aware that they're not always posted on the MLS and aren't as easy to find.

C-Corps usually aren't a preferred structure for real estate.I know that with a self directed IRA all of the income has to come back to the IRA - read another way - you can't take the profits from your investments and access them today (so no passive income that you can utilize in the near term).  

Most lenders aren’t going to let the previous owner lend you the downpayment. 

Supposed to be out by 8/13, but they aren’t yet.

If that is what you want than you aren't looking in the right place.

There are many out there that aren't worth their salt.

Check with your local tax authority to see if they have classes or information for you. 

Some of the hiring systems will allow you to see screenshots of when the VA claims to be working so you know they aren't cooking their timesheet as well.
