Seems like it's got some random quirky cool stuff that attracts some visitors regional but nowhere near what Branson does.

I don't know the market but doing just a little research I see that they get about 8 million overnight visitors a year which isn't a lot compared to other larger markets.

My property is actually about 18 minutes away from the beach which is a little further away but also picks up many of the visitors to the Tampa Bay area that comfort air shows, etc.

Tourism is growing, % of those visitors choosing STRs over hotels is increasing, and supply of rentals will start going down in the city because of the restrictions.I’ve been wanting to live in the PNW for a while and have been looking for a way to invest in the area!

While famous for its skiing attractions, there are many additional demand drivers for visitors.
