A liner under the tile on a shower floor is one pc that goes several inches up the walls and the only penetration is at the drain  where the liner sits into the drain so any seepage finds its way into the drain.

I was going through my library of mostly economics, stock market, and real estate books and I saw I had a good assortment of books from Steve Berges..all related to real estate investing.I completely forgot I had them but now I remember they were pretty important to my education 5 or 6 years ago when I was just just getting started.Just curious, anyone else read him?

Heck, folks can meet Realtors ask to borrow their old text book, libraries carry these texts, someone interested in being an agent can probably go to a Board of Realtors office, sit there and read their books. :)
