Hello everyone!!  My name is Jose Gonzalez and I'm  trying to get into Real Estate Investing.  I have determined that I have to do it.  I tend to over analyze everything and eventually talk myself out of jumping in. I have read a lot of positive stuff here that are getting me motivated.
