The problem is that they do not usually give this to new people and/or people that do not have big amounts deposited into their accounts.I'm also CT based.

I feel like once I have it set up I will have better connections with people I have worked with and will work with! 

I guess that's part of my question, if you could have the security deposit cover that and people's experiences so I could better prepare myself. 

Interestingly, though, people who have experience with STRs seem more likely to pivot to the MTR strategy once they realize how much easier it is and how well the renters treat their units.

Most mentors are more oriented toward the positive mental attitude of slugging through finding a property, which can be trying to a lot of people.
