Also, don't believe the hype that S8 is the answer to all investment challenges.

I'm guessing it would be hard to tell what the impact is especially if there was some appreciation going on anyways which seems likely in most places since the general real estate market is doing well right now.I feel like anything with Amazon or another big company is going to get hyped by like Matt mentioned these are pretty low paying jobs .Amazon is a tech company and those working for them as software engineers of course are making a lot of money but those working in the warehouse aren't .I wouldn't make a decision just based on a fulfillment center opening up but looking into what other businesses are opening up , including the ones that are more low key than Amazon .

However, before getting too hyped, it's always wise to remain cautious and do your due diligence before making any final decisions. 

I agree completely Adam that if ya listen too much to the hype that it will paralyze you from doing business.

Tax Auctions are not a lot of hype like everybody thinks.

I see a lot of hype here but not many saying they have done any deals.

I hesitate to recommend a course, because the hype always turns me off.

This is part of the reason house hackers are hyped about the 5% Fannie Mae program that was rolled out on November 18th.

Now the nature of the forums is a bunch of new folks come on here hyped up on a dream and ppl scramble to reinforce their believes in hopes of selling them something while the ever shrinking community of RE nerds still do what they used to do.
