They either didn't know, or wouldn't share, so I let the license go.However, second time, I know my fields and what needs to be done, so my license helps with their technology r.e. agents have access to, along with when I sell my own properties, I can also get a commission or not.If I was doing just buy/hold, I would definitely not run to get my license, r.e. fees are high.Get some education, and figure out what niche you want to do, focus on that until you have master it, then you can branch out to other avenues.Hope this helps!
