BiggerPockets is indeed an excellent platform for expanding your knowledge and networking.

I'm currently testing out Podio and Hubspot with JustCall integration, and I'm curious to know if anyone has any experience using these platforms for real estate purposes.

While the listing agent may encourage you to offer a buyer’s broker commission to motivate them to have their client consider the property, A) they buyer should now have an agreement regarding the commission and B) the buyer will see the property on online platform, diminishing concerne about the broker steering away from properties that don’t offer a buyer’s commission. 

Any recommendations with communications  (both with guests and the their respective booking platforms) and handling current upcoming bookings? 

What time of day and which forums should do you recommend I view to just listen and observe?

Don’t really understand how it will work and at this point I need a third party point of views.
