The doctor may put "any dog" so when the tenant tries to bring a 100 pound lab into the property, you can point out that a 15 pound dog is adequate.

There are other threads where people claim that making 500+ calls per week based on scraped geographical data is generating leads for them, and hiring the service out may be a way to keep oneself out of legal trouble.From a human perspective, I'm getting multiple unsolicited calls per week from auto-dialers claiming they want to make an offer, and I'm sick of the unwanted intrusions.
