Is this unique to Texas where I own the properties and the LLC? 

Each home has to be viewed independently as each has unique characteristics.

If you’re trying it with property already being publicly  available, the task just became geometrically more difficult with a similarly lower success rate.  

Does anyone else have a best practice for getting this key admin task done ?
