Hello,Can current FHA borrowers (house-hackers) apply for Fannie Mae's new 5% down-payment option to purchase another multifamily to buy as their second property?

Investors looking to pay 50-70% of market value.One thing I would suggest is potentially get at least one tenant on month-to-month so you could perhaps sell it to a house hacker. 

A court order, law enforcement of all types (yes you saw on TV how a dude gets his "police" friend to type in their search on anyone), tax people, mine government... then all the hackers who are already in these systems can ransomware or just post it on the internet.

I agree that we should treat this like a business, its not about being cold, but the reality is that if they don't pay we'll have increased our family size from 5 to 7, a reality that would be hard to adapt to for my family finances in times like these.A How do other house hackers handle this sort of situation?
