Most of the TV reality star guru courses are put on by one company that just sticks the TV star names on the ads, signs & materials.  

Or maybe you can get it done for her later on, at your leisure, but you will charge her.  

I blame The 4 Hour Workweek :) For me, I enjoy the satisfaction of taking care of a problem, and would much rather fix a leak in the rain than spend my afternoon in a smokey casino, watching TV, sleeping, or in any other way being lazy.

Walking, moving things, dropping things, phone vibration, tv, music, etc I hear it all.

He is trying to sell his newsletter at the end but he doesn't push it real hard...not like some Guru's on late night TV

We did really good with both numbers because they were easy to remember, came with pre-packaged marketing like radio, tv, bandit signs, postcards, letters - really whatever we wanted to use including billboards.Those two numbers helped us get a ton of leads because they looked much more professional than traditional yellow letters or DIY mail pieces and bandit signs.

I am a buy and hold guy, but in this climate have considered a flip or two (if I can get a good deal),,,but I watch those dumb "flipping" tv shows, and realized I can't flip because I don't drive a Lamborgini and it appears everyone that flips (based on the shows, LOL), seem to all drive them,
