I mention this because if you're working with a lender or broker and tell them up front that you intend to payoff your loan in a few months, they probably arent going to waste time on you because they dont want to work for free.

You can pay an annual fee if you want to have access and usage of CAR forms, but why would you when you can get free real estate forms from Firdt Tuesday. 

I posted as a free subscription last year and quickly found a tenant.

I will also note that the RC zoning district allows for quite a few extra units so you would get the best use out of your land by building a quadplex or something like that.if you are interested in going forward though I work part time at NOLA builds in town and they do great work for construction at all levels.feel free to reach out if you have more questions
