If this was wired with a new breaker and not just directly to the bus bars it shouldn't be a problem.

Every time there was a big show guys from DoubleTree would come and man the concessions/bar, and they would bring a freshly baked batch of DoubleTree cookies with them to sell as well, but I was allowed to have free ones.

I heard a Biggerpockets podcast where this seasoned real estate investor shared some negation tactics and he said if you want to know if your negotiation skills are good, go to a bar and convince someone to buy you a beer...

Due to homeowner losses in credit standing and bankruptcy, these homeowners complained and the Ohio Bar saw that because he prepared the documents for signature by the homeowners, the Ohio Bar could find he was practicing law without a license because he had prepared the documents for the homeowner's signature.  

Particularly to the applicant who "sets the bar" (the one in the first 1/e that scores the highest): If they applied later (or were considered later), they'd have gotten the place, but instead get a rejection letter.
