Just starting in Victor, CO.

Hello everyone,

My name is Stephanie Terry. I was born and raised in Denver, CO, and moved to Victor with my husband full time about five years ago. We currently own the bar in Victor but lease the building with only a few months left. We have been offered a great opportunity to take over one of the apartment buildings here in town. It is something we feel we can't pass up. We are in a National Historic District with many absentee owners of the buildings. They are being neglected and falling into disrepair. We are local and know a lot about the preservation of our town which is so important to all of us. 

We have no real experience in rental property but are anxious to learn what steps to take  and make a go of it. I am glad I found this site! So far it has helped in so many ways.
