@Rahul BuraAside from the entrusting of your data integrity and security to a third-party - which may or may not be a good thing depending on your own capabilities - you stumble into the problem that while "the Cloud" is etherial from the consumer's perspective it is tethered to a datacenter (or more than one) which has a physical address on the surface of the Earth.  

I did my business plan the old-fashioned way because I was to cheap to pay for the whiz bang ones out their. 

I won't do business with family or friends in any way, shape, form or fashion.  

I would budget $1.00 a sf of painted surface.

My plan then was to wholesale properties, but when I finally got to Miami, I decided that I was going to sell real estate the old fashioned way.

Something that seems to drive this here in Kansas City is that even though living downtown or near downtown is fashionable again, the KC, MO schools are not real great.

There are ways to eliminate surfaces that a child could bite such as capping the baseboards with a piece of half round.Since you are in Massachusetts if the home has National Grid or Eversource there are incentives to insulate the home through the Mass Save program.

I live my life believing in Karma in every way and fashion. 

At those rental rates at least on the surface it seems like it has great potential for a long term hold though be sure to factor in all of your costs, especially the ever incresing HOA fee.
