I am from Paterson, i don't want to invest here but worst case i might if I can get it cheap/ now i know the supply is limited i understand that but i wouldn't want to overpay for a property cause you will be in the red already. cash flow is more important to me, i will form an LLC when buying the property. with high taxes will buying a property here to house hack make sense still?

Similar to the 08 housing crash oil is bouncing back from a huge recession and that affected the research and development of many of the big companies thus removing a large potential supply of oil from future production so it may catch up to us just like there’s a housing shortage in many areas now because of how many builders went under from the GFC.

Do to this fact I have to keep a full supply of tools and material in storage units in each area I flip so when the subs decide not to show up anymore I can jump on a plane and go finish the project.I wish you great success.
