Of course, I am told if we include an amendment saying the "buyer reserves the right to assign the contract without buyer's consent", the offer will likely be rejected.Also, I was told to sign all documents "name and/or assigns" but when referring to process in California, am told that isn't sufficient.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You take the title to investments (real estate, trust deeds, etc.) in the name of the trust and as trustee sign all the documents.

In the contract they were trying to get us to rush to sign all contingencies were waived except a 7 loan contingency. 

If you treated both sides the same and they are the same size the difference is in the unit or the signal to the unit.

They've not asked to go anywhere and in fact, they are signaling they would like to sign another 4 year lease, which of course I will not do anymore.
