Off grid-  if you go off grid truly understand seasonality of weather and the sizing of your water cistern.  

Use the top three or four discriminators so applicants can screen themselves.Then you need to have clear screening criteria yourself.

You can get black exterior in a variety of sizes under $300 a window, and the standard white is even more cost effective.

Even if he has no credit/criminal history in this country, you should process an application screening like you do for every applicant.
