Hi all, I've gone through a few outdated Sandwich Lease Option courses.

Hi BP, I have been told by a realtor that sandwich leases are not legal in Ontario.

If you have income (from other sources) you can do a several things.One, is to do an option with a financed option price and a sandwich lease.

But possibly a sandwich shop or nail salon.

Another possibility would be a sandwich lease.

In Sunny Florida, it is virtually impossible to get a professional mover to move an older MH.It is also difficult to make money with Sandwich leases on mobile homes in parks, with high prevailing lot rents.There may be lower hanging fruit.

My areas of "expertise" were wrap mortgages and sandwich leases. 

As far as strategies I am leaning more toward long term deals that yield monthly income like lease optioning, sandwich lease option, seller financing, pre foreclosure & foreclosures.

I'm sandwiched between that and the Pete's Fresh Market at Rockwell and Cermak.

Mortgage company gave me the following info:Interest-bearing principal balance:  $415,007.25Non-interest bearing principal balance: $98,000.00They are facing sheriffs auction soon and have managed to delay it once, with a possibility of delaying it two more times.Any advice here would be great as I wasn't exactly planning for a soup sandwich like this for my first contract.
