Greetings! My name is Brittany. I have recently finished studying with Rich Dad Education. I am excited to move forward and create my power team and look for my first deal.  I would appreciate any suggestions on finding realtors, title company, hard and private money lenders, etc.  As far as strategies I am leaning more toward long term deals that yield monthly income like lease optioning, sandwich lease option, seller financing, pre foreclosure & foreclosures.
