Has anyone ever done Private Lending 🏦 with JWB out of Jacksonville?

It has private entrance but is attached to house and is not private really so it is basically a glorified room for rent with a living room.

Many investors turn to a private lender to help them keep their enterprise growing.

We have 3 kids so we need a private space with at least 3 bedrooms but we aren't afraid of getting creative and converting other spaces with untapped potential.

The reason the industry looks so saturated is because you have thousands of broker outfits with lender sounding names selling the products of the big box lenders.Is there true private money? 

Come to find out his wife's dad had a career in real estate, his friend works at a firm as a private lender (that's how he got started), the houses were 50k houses and half of them were trailers...His personal house, while large was in the middle of nowhere...You can see the focus shifted from real estate investing to social media marketing.
