It implies you don’t need that pot of money to start with.  

Many people do not realize that the road we travel have dips, bumps and some dangerous pot holes, but we navigate through, around, and bounce over them to our destination.

It's like saying I increased my flat bench from 315 to 385 in 12 months without giving any details - good for me but no one else can benefit unless I lay out what steps (specifically) I took.  

If recreational pot were banned I don't believe we would see a mass exodus from the state or an economic crash.

First off the front of house looks clean,, but a couple of flower pots on each side of door way would make a nice image..2nd photo back of house.. is the roof or flashing raise on area between the 2 levels.. should be fixed.3rd the kitchen photo with the range hood looks terrible.. it's worn out..4th I'd buy some white appliances and install them at least then you can say New Appliances in ad. and get a new range hood..5th Bedroom with a ON the floor box spring..

There are so many variables not taken into consideration aside from   location and square footage that its is only of use to the county for setting a bench mark to collect taxes.

Try bugging some commercial listing agents, they go for months without leads and if you offer to charge them at closing (or lease signing) it sweetens the pot even more.
