I have 40% down payment and amazing credit score and credit history.The issue is that I am self employed and I dont show any income on paper, so the bank won't consider loaning me money due to "low income" This is an amazing opportunity and I have it under contract but I'm about 100k short, how do I get that financing to get to the closing table?

Hey BP community,I know that the 203K FHA loan has been recommended several times for those that are just starting out with their first home (and possibly for those that are still in college and don't have the employment track record that they look for when qualifying) but I just wanted to know if there were any other loans out there that are comparable to this loan and what the differences would be.
