Those are all water under the bridge.... the decision needs to be SOLELY on whether it makes your money going forward ....In a market like yours where appreciation seems minimum ( no offense please), there is no reason to buy and hold a market price asset... whatever little cash you get is not enough to offset the depreciation.... you are not making any money in the end....I would sell...Save up some money... and the next time you buy, look for asset that will appreciate, or those that you can force appreciate out of....i.e., fixer uppers...

That borrower and the agent and the straw purchaser were all three convicted of federal offenses and two of them are in prison right now for their "contractual issue".My pooling and service agreements with investors may compel me to call the note due.
