Basically, two choices on the market:1) All-in-one units, typically used in apartments2) Separate units that are stackable - usually higher quality than #1

I was wondering if anyone knew how I can connect with or market to investors who specifically purchase land/ lots? 

Are they way under market, or is it manageable for now?

I exited the market due to the short term rental regulations - properties that are rented under 90 days are considered short term.
