hey i would like to get some feed back from people that have used the invelo program... is it worth the investment??

There are different reasons to want to run a business (freedom, feeding your family, personal satisfaction, creating a legacy, building wealth for future generations, etc), and if you don't know what your goals are for running your business, you'll end up building a business that doesn't give you what you need from it.- Know Your Market.

The argument is that it doesn't "feed you" and thus is a liability.

When we added >1600 sq ft to our home we went with a redesign that for the layman basically included solenoid switched vent feeds.

I use the 2 prong outlets (NEMA 1's) you can use GFCI's but really only need to put 1 on each string as the other outlets feed off the first.

I will be pretty much going one step at a time and posting on biggerpockets to get feed back during the different stages.

We yet we consistently find profitable deals to keep our crews running and feed a couple other rehabbers all their deals, and they are doing well.

Who were you feeding?

if you have a good wholesale network, at least you will keep that feeding, 5k here 3k there etc, at least it will give you more monthly cash than that of rehab. you have a full time job, you need to be there during a rehab. frequent at your home depot, they offer free education or training on basic trades.
