Go in person to the planning department and talk to them.

I then flip for a quick profit to a local developer/builder who is willing to work with the town to develop the lot or if its a home run I invest the time & money to permit them personally and sell for 10% under retail.  

I know this is an older post, but are any of you interested in meeting up in person and getting something going?

While I don’t yet have personal experience with a HELOC, I’ve thought about this one for my self many times.

I believe Alexandria city allows it but portions of Fairfax county do not allow it. i would go option 1 personally. 

I have personally purchased large apartment complexes from REITs and know how poorly some of them manage their properties. 

I dont know  personally if Kathy Fehtke sells her props or not..

So, to casually mention eviction before investigating how this might be resolved in a positive way would shock any rational person. 3.

So I don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time I hire a new person.
