If you get there then yes not every agent knows how to handle them, but again, based on the numbers I saw, your not there yet and have room to work.

They are inevitable expenses, and there's already so much room for error on projecting numbers, better to stay conservative.

Although I don't live there full time, I have a room so I have a place to stay while I'm in that area.

If children fit your demographic I would also recommend bunk beds in one of the rooms complete with games, tv, etc.

The condo I am looking at is close to the new Aquarium that is going up, the new Grand Village, etc..I feel like as a buy and hold it is fantastic since it is guaranteed to appreciate but also as a completely remodeled 3/3 so close to the strip, I could do well with STR and at a longer renting period as opposed to golf/lake rentals.

If you have enough room on the parcel you might think about it too as a way to get the income. 

We've still been doing some work to it so there are some minor "renos" that are not done and not all the rooms are furnished.
