If however say you want to buy a 200k house but have 100k in savings you might find a lender because you are flush with reserves.If you have little to no money, shaky credit to good credit, and starting a new job in a new field, and are wanting to only put 3.5% down FHA etc. then you can pretty much figure out the odds and your answer on that one.What you might want to do in a situation like that is a lease option or a lease purchase where you lock in today's pricing and then rent while improving credit and establishing a job.

She didnt care at all.I happen to know the owner of the aprtments that she is moving into, so I gave him a call and let him know I was filing eviction for non payment of rent.She also owes me 270 bucks for plumbing repairs, after her son flushed a toy down the toilet that required me to replace it, after trying to auger out the lines for a couple of hours.

And by hole in the wall I don't mean "put a nail into it", I mean "got angry and decided to punch the wall", still not too expensive but....You'll run into people who don't know you should not flush tampons, who don't want to bother you with the leaky tub (especially bad when it's the hot water, and they keep the door closed...enjoy cleaning *that* mold out ;).

Our carpenter (who was #4 on this one) said it's much much easier with new stick built homes since everything will be plumb, straight, flush, and level.... at least that's the theory!

My earnest money offers are never more than $1,000. 15 grand is a lot of cash to tie up unless you're really flush with money.
