Just keep on trucking and always do the numbers to make sure you have a good cash flow.  

For those meetings at a member's project, I think it should be Bring Your Own Everything: Chair, coffee, food.

Too much soap is normally the culprit but not cleaning off all the food before putting the dishes in will cause the drain to become blocked and bad things happen.

Trucking is a cost to consider too... the further away from the plant, the higher the transportation cost.5) As noted in #3, lumber is a low margin commodity... takeoffs take a lot of time and there is little reward for a rep.  

That should never be forgotten who puts the food on our tables.

Unless someone is willing to do it for free then I can always offer food 😀Also, if anyone has a recommendation for a local RE agent that works with investors I'd really appreciate any help.
